Cousin Amy with Joe from Oakland and Cousin Brad from Oceanside come to pay the kids….and the rest of us a visit. This included a family hike and BBQ back at the house.

Mama has been cooking organic foods for the kids. She freezes the end result in ice trays, which are perfect portion for each meal.

Here’s the running list of items the kids have eaten:

peas, sweet potatoes, apples, prunes, bananas, pears, butternut squash, avocado, broccoli, corn, blueberries, cantaloupe, mango, green beans, winter squash, strawberries, kiwi, cherries, peaches, spinach, blackeyed peas, eggplant, pineapple, raspberries, plus chicken breasts, cheddar cheese and puff treats for finger foods.

We took the kids to a lake/park near our house for their afternoon snack and to play.

We've arrived with the kids and Zero. The kids LOVE the stroller.
